The Geometry of Belonging | Original Painting

In The Geometry of Belonging, separate forms meet, overlap and interlock until it is no longer clear where one ends and the next begins. Each fragment holds its own color and light, yet none stands alone. Like the people in our lives, they shape and are shaped by one another. The painting asks what it means to belong: not to fit into a single form, but to find our place in something larger, built from our differences.

Continuing my journey through geometric shapes and Cubist-inspired forms, this series seeks to illuminate the light within each of us: our humanity, our basic needs, and the instincts that shape how we move through the world. In a time where everything feels disjointed, these forms come together as a visual language of connection and introspection. Can art be the mirror that reveals both the chaos and the beauty of being human?
