Faded | Original Painting

A child's face bathed in yellow, sunlight that lingers even as it fades. This piece recalls the glow of play, the warmth of mornings untouched by fear. The composition softens into gentle transitions, blurring the line between presence and absence, memory and forgetting. Here, fading does not mean vanishing but transforming. Faded speaks of innocence that endures, soft but unbroken, a quiet light that asks to be protected: even when it seems lost, its trace remains, waiting to be seen again.

Three children, three colors, three forms of survival. Innocence is a series about what the world demands of children in order to fit in: to fade, to be silent, to camouflage, and the cost of every adaptation.
