A reinterpretation of Picasso's Les Demoiselles d'Avignon for the present day. Where Picasso fractured the female form into geometric planes, this piece asks a different question: how do we fracture and reassemble our own identities depending on who is looking? The five figures shift between concealment and display, each one negotiating how much of herself to show. This piece is part of The Light Within series, which treats visibility and self-presentation as a choice rather than a given.

Paper and print quality

Each print is an archival giclee, produced with 12 color pigment printing for full tonal range and accurate color, on 200 gsm (80 lb) museum quality paper, FSC certified, with a smooth matte finish and a clean, glare free surface. Every print is hand signed and numbered by Ruben Dario in pencil, edition of 25, and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.

Framing
This listing is for the framed edition, which includes shipping. The piece is custom framed, mounted with archival photo corners rather than adhesive so it can be removed or reframed without damage, and glazed with UV protective plexiglass to prevent fading over time. It arrives ready to hang.
